Amazing Artichoke Dip

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
•2 Cups canned artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
•2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Chopped Onion
•1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
•1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
•1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (yellow or white)
•1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
•1 T. Garlic Powder, or to taste
•1 T. fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
•1/2 T. rosemary, finely chopped (or crushed in a spice grinder)
•1/2 T. fresh thyme chopped
•3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
•1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
•1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
•Crostini, pita chips or tortilla chips
Method
In a large mixing bowl combine first 11 ingredients, stirring until everything is well-combined. Pour mixture into a large, buttered baking dish. Mix Panko bread crumbs and the 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on top of the artichoke mixture. Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until dip is browned and bubbly. Serve with crustini, pita chips or tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes:
This dip is delicious served right out of the oven or even at room temperature.
